Horizon Scanning Group

The remit of this group is to:

  • Deliver a project to identify the most important dimensions of uncertainty for the environment that could impact on the UK in the next 20 years.
  • Make recommendations to the Main Board for action on the outputs of the project and monitor progress with implementation.
  • Update dimensions identified on a regular basis.
  • Consider opportunities for, and the benefits of, further joint horizon scanning activities/ sharing of outputs between Forum members and other stakeholders.
