The initial membership has been drawn from UK Public bodies that fund or use environmental research or trained scientists. Other organisations will be invited to participate in the Forum's activities and for each major activity the Forum will consider how to engage a broad range of stakeholders.
Subscriptions from members fund the Forum's Secretariat and the implementation of the work-plan.
